How is pay worked out?
Pay is the monthly salary, less unpaid leave days at salary ÷ 30, the loan instalment, other deductions and advances, plus bonus and expense refunds. Every line is visible on the person's row.
Do we have to enter leave by hand?
No. Approved leave, automatic absences and late deductions from attendance come in when you open the month.
Can someone run payroll without seeing screenshots?
Yes. Give them the Finance role. They land on Payroll and can't open Team time, screenshots, activity or Settings.
Does Clockade pay salaries or file taxes?
No. Clockade works out what each person is owed and keeps the record. You send salaries from your bank as usual and mark them sent.
