Clockade is time and attendance software, an online attendance management system for teams that work on computers. People clock in from the Clockade app on their Mac or Windows laptop, and every day is marked on time, late, short, absent or on leave by itself, with the reason written next to it. At month end, attendance goes straight into payroll.

Clocking in is one click in the Mac menu bar or the Windows tray. Clockade marks each day from the real hours, and staff open My attendance on the web or a phone to see their own month.

Your rules for a full day.
Set office hours, lunch, other breaks, Saturdays and holidays once for the company. A live preview shows exactly what each laptop will do, and changes reach every laptop within a minute.

Lateness counted the same way every day.
Clockade judges lateness from the first clock-in, with grace minutes and a stricter rule for repeat lateness. A working day with no time and no leave is booked as an absence each night, and you can mark it a holiday instead.

Do we need a biometric or fingerprint machine?
No. Attendance comes from the Clockade app on each laptop, so there is no device to buy, and it works the same for people working from home.
Can staff check their attendance on a phone?
Yes. My attendance opens in any phone browser, with the day, the month, leave left and every request.
What if someone forgot to clock in?
They ask for missing time with a reason, limited to real gaps in the day, and an admin approves it. Approved time fills the day and takes back any automatic absence.
Does attendance feed payroll?
Yes. Leave, absences and late deductions come into the month's payroll by themselves. See payroll.
