Plans, billing and cancelling

Plans

• Team: $3 per person per month. Time tracking, attendance, leave, payroll, expenses, reminders and Claude. Screenshots kept up to 30 days.
• Business: $6 per person per month. Everything in Team plus the vault, clients and projects, invoices and the money overview. Screenshots kept up to 90 days.

Paying yearly costs 10 months for 12.

Trial

Your card is taken at sign-up and first charged when the 14-day trial ends. Admins see how many days are left at the top of the page.

Seats

Everyone active or invited counts. Deactivated people and office admins with no login don't. Your bill follows the count as people join and leave.

Change plan, card or cancel

Admins open Settings → Billing → Change plan, card or cancel.

Declined cards and cancelling

If a card is declined we retry it and email you, and admins see a banner with Update card. If payment still fails, or after you cancel, the company becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing can change until a plan is chosen again. Nothing is deleted.
