Discount codes: a lower price per person
A discount code lowers what one person costs a month on Team, Business or both. We share codes for launches, partners and friends of Clockade.
Using a code
- On clockade.com/signup, at the second step, press Have a discount code?, type the code and press Apply.
- If someone sent you a link with the code in it, like clockade.com/signup?code=LAUNCH2, the code is already filled in.
- The plans show the new price next to the old one, for example $2 a person a month instead of $3. Pick your plan and carry on as normal.
A code is used when the company is created, so add it before you type the email code. A code can't be added to a company that already exists; write to us and we'll look at it.
How long the price lasts
Some codes last as long as you stay. Others last a number of months, counted from your first charge, and then the normal price starts. The note above Create my company says which. Your price stays the same even if the code is changed or stops working later.
When a code doesn't work
- That code is not valid: check the spelling, or the code was switched off.
- That code has ended: it was only for use until a certain day.
- That code has been used up: it was for a set number of companies, and they have all signed up.
In each case you can still sign up at the normal price.
Seeing your price
Admins see Your price under Settings → Billing, with the code and, if it only lasts a while, the day it ends. Your bill is that price times the people counted, as in Plans, billing and cancelling.
