Using the timer: start, stop and breaks
Press Start when you begin work and Stop when you finish. Stop asks "Stop the timer?" and lets you add an optional note.
The day dial
The dial shows today against the time needed on the timer. It fills to 100% and then shows any extra, like "Day done · +1h 12m extra". The time needed is the office day minus lunch and any paid breaks your company set.
Lunch
If your company uses automatic lunch, the timer pauses at lunch time by itself and starts again when lunch ends. The app tells you before lunch and when it starts.
Breaks
- Short break: press Break → Short, and Back to work when you return. Short breaks are not counted as working time.
- Named breaks your company set (for example prayer breaks) are taken once a day from the Break button and end by themselves.
Admins set lunch and breaks in Set your working hours.
When you forget
Forgot to start? Ask for the time with Add missing time. An admin approves it and it counts like timer time.
