Signing in and resetting your password

Every company has its own sign-in page at its address, like acme.clockade.com. Type your work email and password there.

Forgot your company address?

Go to clockade.com/login, type the first part of the address and press Continue. It is also in your invite email, or ask your admin.

Forgot your password?

Press Forgot? on the sign-in page and we email you a link to choose a new one.

Two-step sign-in and trusted devices

If two-step sign-in is on, Clockade asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. Tick Trust this device for 30 days on your own computer to skip the code there. See Two-step sign-in and security.

Staying signed in

You are signed out after 30 minutes without using Clockade. After several wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for 5 minutes.
