Two-step sign-in and security
Turn it on
Open Settings → Security → Turn it on. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy and others) and type the 6-digit code. From then on Clockade asks for a code after your password. Admins should always have it on.
Trusted devices
Tick Trust this device for 30 days at sign-in on your own computer to skip the code there.
Locked out
Lost your phone? Ask an admin to open you on People and press Reset two-step sign-in. You can then set it up again.
Other protections
Sessions end after 30 minutes without use, sign-in pauses after repeated wrong passwords, and sign-ins and changes are kept in the audit log.
