App and website activity

Team time has an Activity view for admins. It shows the apps and window titles each person had in front of them while their timer ran, and the websites they visited in Chrome, for the team or one person, by day or by week.

Where it comes from

  • Apps and window titles come from the Mac and Windows apps. On a Mac, window titles need the Screen Recording permission.
  • Websites come from the Clockade Chrome extension. Only the domain is recorded (for example docs.google.com), never the full address, and only while Chrome is in front, the person is at the keyboard and their timer runs. See The Clockade Chrome extension.

Who's set up

Activity → Who's set up lists every person's laptop app and version, when it last reported, whether activity is recording, and whether the Chrome extension is installed and up to date.
