Refunds and cancelling

Before the first charge

Cancel within 14 days of signing up and you pay nothing.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep using Clockade until the end of the month you paid for; there are no refunds for part months.

Yearly plans

A full refund within 14 days of a yearly charge, if you ask. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.

People removed mid-period

Deactivating someone credits the unused part of their seat to your next bill.

After cancelling

Your company becomes read-only. You can export everything for 90 days, or choose a plan to start again exactly where you left off. After 90 days the data is deleted.
