Invoicing clients for tracked hours
Open Invoices (Business plan). Under Ready to invoice, pick a client and a range (this week, last week, this month, last month, everything or your own dates) and press Generate invoice.
Clockade downloads the PDF and records the invoice. It only includes hours not billed before, so the same work is never billed twice. Invoices carry your company's name and are due in 14 days.
Following up
Invoices are Awaiting, Overdue or Paid. Overdue ones also show in admins' notifications. Mark paid settles the hours on it. You can download the PDF again at any time.
Expenses marked Rebill client go on the client's next invoice.
